It's really nice to see you know how to fit a halter on so it's not so loose like so many halter on horses. It not only detracts from the horse's pretty face, but is also very dangerous, such huge gaps between a halter and the face. 
For me though, I just think it looks a lot more smarter and neater when nicely fit, like this.
